there’s been a lot of crafting going on here lately. mostly with the aim of taking as much stock as possible to the ‘saturday special’ country market yesterday and i’m glad to say it paid off. i sold 3 wheatbags, 2 bunting, 2 button necklaces and a number of little felt Christmas decorations! happy happy! i’m now planning to have a bit of a photography session and load as much as possible into my neglected etsy shop this week, so i’ll post back here when i manage that.
alongside things for sale, i’ve finished the softest, most gorgeous cardigan for the new baby
and have done the piecing on the playmat for the same expected arrival
i’m so pleased with it, especially the fact that the fabrics hardly sat in my stash for a week before i decided what to do with them. this week i hope to baste and quilt it alongside getting on with the next dog jumper for milly and working on some secret Christmas projects. shhh!
i also treated myself, after a particularly hard day on thursday, to some lovely new yarn from skeinqueen
